Coffee Background
Tanzanian coffee history has a lot of past with European influence like the German's in the early 1900's and many others over many years of coffee cultivation. The peaberry, a whole bean rather than two parts to it like other coffee, is a specialty treat and brings a different taste to the table. The climate of Mt. Kilimanjaro, it's red-dish brown rich volcanic soil, higher altitude and skilled plant husbandry of hard working local make the flavor profile unique.
